By browsing this site, creating an account, using the AI assistant, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. Power tools are not sold to minors.
4. Independent reseller status
We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Milwaukee Tool, Stanley Black & Decker (DEWALT), Makita, Emerson/RIDGID, or any other manufacturer. Brand names, model numbers, and platform names are used only to identify the products we sell.
5. Product listings and descriptions
Every online listing states what is included and what is not included. We describe items as accurately as we can, but photographs, colors, and packaging may vary. Specifications published by manufacturers may change without notice.
6. New versus used inventory
Online inventory is new unless the listing says otherwise. Used and open-box tools are sold in person only, so buyers can inspect them before purchase.
7. Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, promotions, and reference retail comparisons can change at any time without notice. Reference retail figures are shown for comparison only and are not our price or a guarantee of any other seller's price.
8. Pricing errors
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, even after a confirmation email has been sent.
9. Availability and limited quantities
Inventory is limited and often single-unit. Adding an item to your cart holds it briefly but does not guarantee purchase. If an item sells before your payment completes, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.
10. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract. The contract is formed only when we accept the order and mark it as accepted, shipped, or ready for pickup.
11. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
12. Sales tax
Sales tax is applied where required, currently for orders delivered or picked up in PA.
13. Promotional codes and store credit
Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Store credit issued through Plug Club has no cash value and expires only if stated on the credit itself.
14. Plug Club
Plug Club is free to join with an account. There is no subscription fee, no paid tier, and no minimum spend. Benefits are discretionary and may change or end at any time. Changes do not affect credit already issued.
15. Shipping
We ship to Continental United States. Handling and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Local pickup
Pickup orders are held for 72 hours from the time we notify you the order is ready, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled and refunded, less any restocking noted in the Returns policy.
17. Flea market and in-person sales
In-person sales at Blue Ridge Flea Market, 648 Route 115, Saylorsburg, PA 18353 and other events are separate transactions and may involve used or as-is inventory. In-person sales are final unless we state otherwise at the time of sale.
18. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
19. AS IS items
Items expressly marked AS IS are sold with all faults. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AS IS ITEMS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This disclaimer applies only to listings and in-person items that are conspicuously marked AS IS.
20. Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranty eligibility varies by brand, product, and purchase source, and is determined solely by the manufacturer. We do not administer, extend, or guarantee manufacturer warranties. See our Product Condition and Warranty policy.
21. Safe use of tools
Power tools can cause serious injury or death if misused. Read and follow the manufacturer's manual, use required guards and personal protective equipment, and do not modify tools or batteries. Lithium-ion batteries must be charged, stored, and disposed of according to the manufacturer's instructions.
22. No professional advice
Product information, Field Notes articles, Help Center answers, and AI assistant responses are general information only. They are not engineering, electrical, safety, or legal advice, and they do not replace the manufacturer's documentation.
23. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
24. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the site; do not attempt to access data that is not yours; do not use the site to resell our data or to place fraudulent orders; do not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
25. User content
Reviews, questions, and other content you submit must be truthful and your own. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt it in connection with the site. We may decline, edit for length, or remove content that violates these terms.
26. Reviews
Reviews may be posted by verified buyers only. We do not pay for reviews and we do not remove reviews solely for being negative.

28. Intellectual property

30. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT PRODUCT OR ORDER, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
